1. 7-Day Doorstep Size Exchange

We want you to feel completely confident in your fit. If a top or pair of jeans does not fit as desired, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Our Kangra rider will deliver your replacement size directly to your doorstep.

2. Item Condition Requirements

To qualify for an exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and accompanied by the original brand tags and packaging.

3. Non-Exchangeable Items

Complimentary free gift accessories (received under promotions like GIFT3) are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
